10 days of relaxing... spending time with the fam... playing cards... shopping.... napping... all came to a end.
But nonetheless, I had a wonderful spring break!
Each morning I woke up around 7am (which is sleeping in for me, so I LOVED it), and headed to the gym to get a work out in. Some of my favorite instructors are at the 24fitness by my house so I made sure to take the classes they taught! One thing is for sure, 24fitness in Colorado is alot different then California 24fitness... Lets just say you can tell that Colorado is a fitness state ;)
Then I usually headed to my Grandparents house and had coffee and spent the morning talking with them. I told them about my air popped popcorn addiction... so my Grandpa would make sure there was fresh popped popcorn ready for me when I came over. It was so cute!

My Dad was really busy most of the break so I rarely saw him until 10:30 at night! But it was fun hanging out with him until what we like to call our "bed time"... 11:30!
I spent a few evenings over at my moms... We made dinner a few nights:
Spinach, cottage cheese, with tofu noodles night one... it was DELICIOUS!
Spaghetti pie with Brussels sprouts, broccoli, and cauliflower.... DELICIOUS again!
and spaghetti squash, spinach, cottage cheese bake.... DELICIOUS again! and probably my favorite!
Over the weekend... my Grandma, Mom, and I went down to Colorado Springs to celebrate my cousins first birthday... so precious!
It was great seeing some family down there that I never get to see. And ofcourse, it was nice spending some time with my Grandma and Mom.
My Grandma and I always have a cooking night when I am home where she shows me some new recipes to make. This week we made a ricotta cheese, spinach, and tofu noodle dish with shrimp. It was yummy as always and very easy to make! Once I make it on my own I will have to upload pics and the recipe. So be expecting that soon...
Friday was DAD and I day... he took off work to spend a full day with me! Yay!
We went to my brothers pep assembly at his high school.. and I have never laughed so hard in my life. My brother was a cheer boy... and it was the most priceless dance I have ever seen. If you are interested ( and I highly recommend you watch it!) youtube... Araphoe Cheer Boys. I promise it is totally worth your time!
My last day home I was able to go see some of my besties that came home from school for Easter! I love seeing them! Catching up is always the best!
I left in the afternoon yesterday after an Easter morning! The "Easter bunny" came and visited us! She brought my brothers some yummy chocolates and my basket was filled with spices and a spaghetti squash. The Easter bunny knows me well! :)
But reality is here!
It is now time to get back in action... FOUR more weeks!
You forgot to mention what a studette you were at the bowling alley! It blew ALL of us away. Strikes or spares in almost every frame!!! What the heck? LOL
