Last night was one of my sisters 21st birthday. Everyone wore black and white (though I threw a little grey in the mix), and she wore red. It was a really cute idea, and a lot of fun!

8am to 9am: Pilates (if you haven't tried it... I HIGHLY recommend it! You find muscles you never knew you had)
9am to 10am: Cardio Mix and Sauna: 20 minutes incline intervals on the treadmill, 20 minutes StairStep
1-3min --- 5 incline ---- 4.0mph
3-5min ---- 3 incline ---- 7.5mph
5-7 min ---- 5 incline ---- 7.5 mph
Repeat 3 minutes at 3, then 2 minutes at 5
15-17 min ---- 7 incline ---- 7.5 mph
17-20 min ---- 2 incline ----- 8.5 mph
DONE! Relaxation in the Sauna :)
10am to 11am: Yoga
I ran (and by that I mean drove) straight to tutoring after, but no worries! I did bring a change of clothes and deodorant! And on my way I enjoyed my delicious Vanilla Chai Lowfat Yogurt. Seriously though, you MUST try this. It is heavenly!
My day consisted of checking off things on my to-do list (hence the productive day): some homework, Theta Finance billing, cleaning out my closet (clothes anyone? I have a ton to give away!) And of course eating... what's new! I even tried a new lunch today...
- 3 egg whites
- 1 zucchini
- 1 tomato
- hot sauce ( you will learn quickly that I am addicted to hot sauce!)
Probably doesn't look like the best thing in the world! But it was tasty!
