Orlandooooooooo!

Another week down!
This internship is flying by :(

This past week I was out at a Real Estate client Monday and Tuesday... and then half of Wednesday. I got moved to a healthcare client last minute, and was there after lunch on Wednesday and then the rest of the week! I tied out another 10Q!
For those of you that have no idea what I am talking about... and would like to know :)
Go onto sec.gov, search for filings for any business you like... lets say Google... and then open the 10Q document.... my tie out = looking into every number on that document and finding support as to how they came up with that number. Sounds exciting... ya?!?

This next week is going to be a GOOD one... I can just feel it!
ORLANDOOOOO anyone?!?!
Heck yes!
Tuesday bright and early... 6:45AM to be exact, I leave for the wonderfully humid state of Florida for the all intern EY conference! I am stoked! There is 1900 interns coming together from all over the world! This is pretty much going to be amazing! I will take pics (I promise!) and fill you in on how it goes!

Food and Fitness:

Routine... Routine... I like my routines!
I logged onto my 24 hour account and found out that it tracks how often and when you check into the gym...
so first of all... can I just say I average 6.2 days at the gym a week! Pretty darn good if I do say so myself!
Anddddd.... can I also say that for two weeks straight I checked in at 5:17am everyday! Ha! I have mastered my routine.... obviously!

A new addiction (and one that doesn't look as gross as my last post)...
Homemade Frappacino!
In the mix:
- 1 tbls instant coffee
- 1/4 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ice
- vanilla extract
BLEND!

Another new addiction! GRILLING!
That is right... I am a grilling girl now! Who needs a man?!??

Grilled Stuffed Pepper:
- 1 red or green bell pepper ( I have made it with both and they both are delicious)
- 2 egg whites
- onion
- tomato
- 1 triangle chipotle skinny cow cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked brown rice
- 2 tbls nutritional yeast

1. Cut the pepper in half and take the seeds out.
2. Combine eggwhites, onion, tomato, and brown rice in a bowl.
3. Spread cheese in the inside of the pepper halves.
4. Take the eggwhite mixture and fill the peppers
5. Sprinkle nutritional yeast on top.
6. Wrap up in foil... and grill for about 20 minutes.
So yummy! I usually eat them with hot sauce to add some kick and flavor!

This weeks lunches included:
Monday: Cheese cake factory - grilled lunch salmon with broccoli and snap peas served dry.
Tuesday: Corner Bakery - Summer spinach salad (highly recommend this!) with added chicken and no dressing
Wednesday: Yard House - Gardein "Chicken" brown rice bowl with stir fry veggies no sauce... and I didn't eat much of the rice it was way too much rice!
Thursday: California Seafood Grill - Grilled Salmon Salad with spinach leaves, feta, and walnuts... no dressing or salmon seasoning... This place could be a new favorite :)
Friday: I brought my lunch! Yipee! Made a broccoli, carrot, and tomato salad with mustard and lemon pepper. Along side, a sliced cucumber with peanut flour.

A good week of work. Plus a good week of work outs. And a good week of food. = one happy girl!

Now add some Disney adventure, some Florida humidity, and 1900 new faces to meet... and you have yourself one REALLLLLYYYY happy girl!
