I feel like if you name it... somehow someway I am doing it!
Life is back to the FAST PACE!
And it is all a love/hate relationship! I loveee being busy... but you could say I am slightly overwhelmed.
I need to find my routine!
Nonetheless, this week so far has been a good one. I love my classes (some are going to be intense!). I love being around all my sisters again. And I am so looking forward to all that is ahead :)
YEEEEHAAAA!!!!
So food and fitness, you ask?
The gym is the normal morning routine. My class schedule begins at 10am Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (yes I am a Senior and yes! I do have class on Friday... sad face) and on Tuesday and Thursday I begin at 2:30pm. Not to shabby!
So no problem... gym time fits in GREAT!
And for food?
Well the LUNCH BOX is now back in action (yes I am a Senior and yes! I do carry a lunch box to school everyday, but who is jealous when I bring out a fabulous salad as they chew down on the vending machine granola bar... the lunch box is looking sexier already... right?)
Usually, I am home by around 7:30 so dinner can be made at home. Thank goodness!
Last night I made cabbage and chicken salad with tomatoes, garlic, and veggie seasoning... Pretty darn good if you ask me!
But the glory of my dinners this week, came from Sunday night... See photo below:

OMGEZZYYY... I was in HEAVEN!
Lunch has to be quick and out of the lunch box. So I make the same thing almost everyday... What can I say... routines don't bother me :)
So for instance today:
- I have a broccoli, cauliflower, tomato salad with nutritional yeast and balsamic vinegar dressing.
- An orange
- A yogurt mixed with brown rice
Should get me through the day. Or at least I hope so!
Well to class I go!
