And my rolling has very much improved!

Mini Protein Cupcakes!
- 1 T protein powder
- 1/2 T flax egg
- 1 packet stevia
- cinnamon
- 1 T almond milk
Microwaved for about 30 -45 seconds.
Protein. Protein. Protein. I am on this protein wagon. My goal is to eat 5-6 mini meals throughout the day and incorporating some kind of protein in each meal. Protein is what is going to keep you full throughout the day... and help rebuild muscles and tissue. Winwin! So the protein challenge begins!
One more week of intertem class! And then my last semester of college everrrr begins! Crazy to think!
I enrolled in my review classes for my CPA! My goal is to be done by November!! Ahhh! That would be so amazing! I just need to get errrrrr' done!
