No Sweat.

This morning started off great as I woke up at 7am... reset my alarm for 7:20... and was ready to get out of bed by 7:30... ahhh sleeping in always feels nice!
I made another banana almond smoothie, and put it into a to-go cup and was off on my way to the gym!

Do you ever have those days at the gym that you work out hard, but leave feeling like you haven't worked out yet? Today was one of those days. I did my regular routine, but left not too sweaty and feeling like I could do it all over again. Is this good or bad? I don't know the answer, but nonetheless I burned some calories!

Post work-out meal:

2 servings frozen spinach...
3 egg whites
1/4 cup onion
hot sauce...
All scrambled together!

This is still one of my FAVORITES! Eat it everyday and it never gets old :)

Salad with baby carrots, tomato, and eggwhites
1 serving of Cherrios
Apple

I packed my lunch bag (yes... I do carry a lunch bag to school like a kindergartner, but when I pull out my delicious home-made meals, I don't see anyone making fun of me then). And it was off to another day of tutoring and class.

  1. I HATE when I don't sweat during a tough workout! They do sawy that sweating isn't necessarily linked to exertion, but it feels so good to just be drenched (EWW)...I wonder if it is linked to under-hydration or lack of electrolytes?
