A is for Apple

A is for Apple. What is your favorite variety?
Nothing beats a bite into a crispy apple! Pink Lady are my fav.

B is for Bread. Regardless of nutrition, what kind would you love to have a nice huge piece of?
When you walk into the market around 5pm... what do you smell?
You can almost smell it through the picture... mouth wateringgggg
Oh yesss... the fresh baked loaf of French bread.. Yummmm! I could devour... yes I said DEVOUR not just a nice huge piece of this... but the WHOLE loaf.

C is for Cereal. What is your favorite? Only one!
Only one?!?! Is that even possible?!?! I am going to cheat and give two. My all time favorite "kid" cereal (you know the one you use to eat as a kid that is full of sugar... no wonder it always tasted so good!) would be Cinnamon Toast. But nowadays... I would have to say I could go for a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats anytime, anyplace!

D is for Donuts. All time favorite?
Yuck. Enough Said.

E is for Eggs. How do you like them prepared?
Omelet scramblish style with spinach, onions, nutritional yeast, a sprinkle of low fat Cheddar cheese and hot sauce on top.

F is for Fat Free.. What is your favorite fat free product?
Hmmmm... I don't think I have a favorite. If it comes fat free, I usually get it, and it taste just as good as the fatty one. So all fat free's are my favorite :)

G is for Groceries. Favorite place to shop?
Sprouts! Never lets me down. Fresh fruit and veggies... and bulk bins. I am set!

H is for hot beverage. What is your favorite hot drink?
Vanilla Carmel Tea. Try it!

I is for Ice Cream. Pick a flavor and add a topping.
Cake batter ice cream (Coldstone) with chopped up brownie drizzled with dark chocolate sauce. Holy Cow! My mouth is watering!

J is for Jelly. Do you eat it... and if so, what flavor?
I am not a huge jelly person. But when I do eat it I enjoy "Purple" jelly aka grape.  When I was young I always thought of it as "purple" jelly... it was years later that I discovered that "purple" was actually the flavor, and jelly could come in all different colors.

K is for Kid. What is something you only eat as a kid?
KoolAid. It is simply just a kid thing.

L is for lunch. What did you eat for lunch today?
Haven't made lunch yet... hmmm... what to make?

M is for Microwave. What is your favorite microwaved creation?
Protein Brownie.
- one egg white
- 1/4 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbls coca powder
Mix... Heat for 30 seconds... and ENJOY!

N is for nutrients. Do you like carbs, proteins, or fats?
Carbs! I love carbs!

O is for Oil. What kind do you use?
Olive oil. But I also recently got coconut oil to use for baking.

P is for protein. How do you get yours?
- Eggs. I love them... and I usually eat between 3-5 egg whites a day. Hard boiled, cooked, scrambled... you name it!
- Protein Powder
- Chicken

Q is for quaker. Do you like your oats?
Do I like my oats?!!! Why yes! I love them!

R is for Roasting. What is your favorite thing roasted?
I am a roasting fanatic! Broccoli probably wins over it all.

S is for sandwich.. What is your favorite kind?
Anything with melted cheese. If I am going the sinful route... a Panini will be my first choice!

T is for travel. How do you handle eating while traveling?
I don't.
I actually struggle with travel eating. I don't like eating out because I like knowing what is in my food and I like to be the one that prepares it. In all actuality, it isn't a good thing and is something I stress about when I know I am going to have to be eating out. I wish I could be "normal" and just eat... but I can't.
This is one of the few 'food' issues I am currently trying to work on. And to say the least, it is harder then it looks.

U is for Unique. What is the weirdest combination you put together?
I wouldn't say it is a weird combination, but I put hot sauce of just about anything. If it might kinda go with the dish... I am adding it! Truelife: I am addicted to hot sauce.

V is for vitamins. What do you take?
I don't, though I probably should.

W is for wasabi. Yay or na?
Yayyyyyyyyyyy! Did I mention... I love anything hot?! Wasabi peas... yes please!

Y is for Youth. What foods remind you of your childhood?
This list could go on and on...
- Tortilla roll with cream cheese inside.
- Dad's famous "sugar cookies" during family game nights (Pillsbury Dough Boy.. but somehow Dad always made them the best!)
- Peanut Butter and Honey sandwich (I ate this everyday for lunch until junior year of high school... my mom got sick of making them before I got sick of eating them)
- Eggo Waffles

Z is for zucchini. What is the best way to prepare it?
Roasted ofcourse!
